Power Automate Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Power Automate Developer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation, with hands-on experience in both Power Automate for Desktop and Power Automate cloud flows. You will play a key role in transforming business processes through intelligent automation, working closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand pain points. Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud). Build automation solutions for Windows-based, browser-based, and terminal-based applications. Optimize and streamline business workflows to improve operational efficiency. Ensure alignment of automation initiatives with organizational goals. Manage deployment across environments and provide post-deployment support. Stay updated with emerging technologies like AI and middleware integration, and contribute to their implementation. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Required Skills & Expertise Proficiency in Power Automate for Desktop and Power Automate cloud flows. Strong understanding of API and database integrations. Experience in UI/browser automation, Windows automation, and Citrix automation. Familiarity with Azure resources, especially Key Vault. Knowledge of Power Platform governance best practices. Proficiency in at least one programming language: C#, Java, or Python. Working knowledge of VBA, Power Fx, and PowerShell. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality results independently. Preferred Qualifications PL-500: Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer certification. Experience with Power Apps and Dynamics 365. Exposure to middleware integration and administrative tasks.
