Lead Generation & Nurturing Work with marketing partners to generate qualified leads across digital and offline platforms. Monitor and follow up on lead activity and communication through CRM and campaign dashboards. Assist in optimizing messaging, targeting, and nurturing strategies based on lead behavior and campaign performance. 4. Social Media & Digital Presence Plan, schedule, and post on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X in line with the content calendar. Monitor engagement, apply best practices, and use new tools (including AI) to enhance visibility and interaction. Support in managing ad budgets, social campaigns, and performance reporting. 5. Event & On-Ground Marketing Coordinate real estate-specific events such as site visits, customer meets, channel partner events, and exhibitions. Handle event logistics, vendor coordination, and promotional material setup. 6. Market Research & Competitive Analysis Conduct research on industry trends, buyer behavior, and competitor strategies. Suggest creative tactics and positioning strategies to stay ahead in the local real estate market. 7. Reporting & Performance Tracking Track performance of all marketing campaigns and prepare reports on leads, ROI, engagement, and campaign efficiency. Provide actionable insights for improving outreach and campaign effectiveness. Maintain structured documentation of all reporting and communication efforts. 8. Operational & Cross-Team Coordination Manage the marketing calendar, deadlines, and status reports. Follow up diligently with stakeholders to ensure on-time completion of marketing tasks. Support operational needs such as expense tracking, budget coordination, and team updates.
