Lead the design, execution, and impact evaluation of company-wide learning initiatives. Partner with leadership to shape capability development, onboarding, and role readiness strategies. Oversee team planning, workload management, and growth paths for L&D team members. Present data-backed insights on program performance, learner progression, and org readiness. Spearhead innovation in learning methods—blended learning, gamification, certifications, etc. Manage large-scale stakeholder relationships and external partnerships (e.g., vendors, institutions). Advocate for a learning culture by embedding development into talent and performance systems. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree with 10+ years of experience in L&D or Organizational Development. Proven experience in leading mid- to large-sized L&D teams and crossfunctional initiatives. Excellent strategic thinking and execution capabilities. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across leadership levels. Strong analytical mindset and experience in program evaluation and reporting. Expertise in LMS, authoring tools, and data analysis platforms. Prior exposure to consulting, tech, or analytics industry is highly desirable. Strong facilitation, communication, and change management skills.
