The ideal candidate will strategize, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) , Google , and LinkedIn Ads to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and conversions. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Campaign Strategy & Execution ● Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads. ● Focus on lead generation, conversions, and ROI improvement. 🔹 Audience Research & Targeting ● Conduct in-depth audience analysis. ● Build targeted strategies for high campaign engagement. 🔹 Performance Optimization ● Monitor real-time data and campaign KPIs. ● Adjust campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, and conversion rates. 🔹 Budget & Analytics Management ● Allocate and track ad budgets effectively. ● Generate performance reports with insights and recommendations. 🔹 Creative Collaboration ● Work with designers and copywriters to develop impactful ad creatives. ● Run A/B tests to optimize messaging and visuals. Requirements: ✅ 4+ years of hands-on experience with Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads ✅ Strong skills in data analysis, targeting, and optimization ✅ Proficient with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager ✅ Good understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, and campaign tracking ✅ Strong communication, reporting, and project management skills Preferred Qualifications: ⭐ Experience in B2B or service-based industries ⭐ Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or LinkedIn Marketing Solutions ⭐ Knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, A/B testing, and CRO tools ⭐ Familiarity with data privacy (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and digital ad compliance Show more Show less
