Job Title : Performance Marketing Specialist (Google & Meta Platforms) Location : Chennai, India (On-site) Job Type : Full Time Experience : 4–6+ Years About Us We are a growth-focused digital agency/startup/brand based in Chennai. We specialize in scaling performance marketing for high-growth businesses across e-commerce, services, B2B, and D2C sectors. If you’re passionate about data, creativity, and driving real business outcomes with large-scale ad budgets — this role is for you. Role Overview We’re looking for a Performance Ad Manager with hands-on experience managing and scaling large-budget campaigns (₹20 lakhs+ or $25,000+ per month). You will lead paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) — delivering strong ROAS and CPL performance. Key Responsibilities Paid Ads Strategy & Execution • Own the full funnel of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaign planning and optimization. • Execute audience research, keyword targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing across platforms. • Optimize campaigns to hit performance KPIs like ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and Conversion Rate. Campaign Management for High Budgets • Independently manage monthly budgets of ₹20 lakhs / $25K or more, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI. • Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives in real time based on performance data. A/B Testing & Experimentation • Conduct rigorous A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and placements. • Use experimentation to improve performance and reduce CAC across channels. Analytics & Reporting • Analyze performance using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and custom dashboards. • Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights and clear recommendations. • Set up and manage tracking via Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, UTM tagging, and conversion APIs. Collaboration & Strategy • Work with creative, content, and web teams to improve ad performance and landing page experience. • Stay current with platform changes, trends, and beta features to keep campaigns cutting-edge. Requirements Must-Haves • 4–6+ years in performance marketing, preferably in an agency or in-house role with a Bachelor's degree. • Proven experience managing and scaling large ad budgets (≥ ₹20 lakhs / $25K monthly). • Deep platform expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram). • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in campaign data analysis and attribution tools. • Proficiency in tools like GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio. • Strong communication and reporting skills. • Must be located in Chennai (or willing to relocate). Good-to-Have • Google Ads / Meta Certifications. • Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or D2C campaigns. • Hands-on experience with other channels like YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, or programmatic display. •Ability to multi task and manage multiple client accounts.
