Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic, display, affiliates, and emerging platforms.
- Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing budgets to achieve acquisition, retention, and revenue goals.
- Launch and manage day-to-day campaigns, ensuring continuous optimization for key metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and LTV.
- Analyze campaign data to generate insights and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
- Design and run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, messaging, and audience segments.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
- Partner with analytics and data teams to refine attribution models and improve understanding of customer journeys.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new platforms, and technologies to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with platform policies and data privacy regulations.
- Manage external agency partners and, as the team grows, mentor junior performance marketing team members.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in performance marketing, with a track record of managing and scaling paid digital campaigns.
- Strong expertise in running and optimizing campaigns across major digital channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Experience managing significant marketing budgets with a focus on ROI.
- Proficiency with analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Mix panel, Tableau, etc.
- Deep understanding of metrics like CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CPL, etc.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments such as startups, e-commerce, or tech companies
- Previous experience managing or mentoring team members is a plus
