The ideal candidate will have at least a deep understanding of Growth & Performance Marketing.. Key Responsibilities:● Create, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. (Snapchat & TikTok Ads experience is a plus).●Set up and monitor tracking using GA4, GTM, Triple Whale, and Google Merchant Center (GMC) for accurate performance measurement.●Manage regular communication with clients to provide updates, performance insights, and strategic recommendations.●Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior marketers to ensure seamless execution of campaign strategies.●Work closely with design, development, and content teams to audit landing pages, analyze user behavior, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.● Support email campaign strategy, segmentation, and performance analysis, especially during promotional seasons.● Plan and execute promotional strategies aligned with seasonal sales events (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.).● Continuously test ad elements, targeting, and messaging to maximize ROAS.● Stay updated with the latest PPC and performance marketing trends, tools, and platform updates. Requirements:● 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Linkedin Ads.● Experience with Snapchat or TikTok Ads is a plus.● Proficiency in conversion tracking setup using GA4, GTM, Triple Whale, and GMC.● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.● Experience in client management and team collaboration.● Working knowledge of CRO strategies, user journey optimization, and landing page testing.● Experience in email marketing campaign planning and execution.● Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
