Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience working with natural language processing (NLP) technologies and conversational AI systems.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and experience with AI model development is preferred.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with NLP libraries and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a creative approach to crafting effective prompts.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with machine learning researchers and data scientists to understand model behavior and requirements for various applications.
  • Create, test, and iterate on prompts and conversational scripts to elicit accurate and relevant responses from AI models.
  • Conduct prompt analysis and optimization to improve model accuracy, efficiency, creativity and performance.
  • Assist in designing and implementing prompt generation tools and workflows.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in natural language processing and AI technologies to incorporate best practices into prompt engineering.
  • Draft and distribute reports on prompt performance and development progress
