• Network Diagnostic Tools (Packet Sniffing, Performance Monitoring)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Designing, configuring, implementing, and maintaining dynamic and complex networks. Good command over top routers, switches, and firewalls with proactive security processes.
• Proactively monitor client networks and resolve issues as per the committed SLAs. Ensuring network best practices are implemented during deployments, audits, and network documentation.
• Working with the Customer Success team to ensure maximum customer satisfaction in minimum time & transparently sharing the RCA of each issue.
• Managing and mentoring existing Network Engineering Teams and channel partners across the globe.
• Procuring network equipment and managing subcontractors involved with network installation.
• Ready to get his hands directly on field visits for deployment & debugging.
