Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Specialist located in Gurugram. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and providing support for any inquiries or issues they may have regarding the WiFi network. The role involves proactive communication with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions to enhance their experience.
