As an on-site MSBI Developer, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights, contributing to our clients' success. Role Responsibilities Design and develop MSBI solutions for effective data warehousing and reporting. Implement ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). Create and maintain data models to support reporting and analytical needs. Develop reports and dashboards with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). Optimize existing MSBI solutions for better performance and reliability. Collaborate with business analysts to understand data requirements. Conduct unit testing and assist in user acceptance testing. Ensure data quality and integrity across all reporting solutions. Monitor and maintain data pipelines for consistent data flow. Participate in architectural design decisions for BI solutions. Provide support and troubleshooting for BI environments. Document processes and ensure knowledge transfer to team members. Stay updated with the latest trends in business intelligence technologies. Act as a mentor to junior team members in MSBI technologies. Work closely with stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of experience in MSBI development. Proficiency in MSBI tools including SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Server. Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and architecture. Experience with ETL processes and data integration techniques. Knowledge of data modeling and database design. Expert in T-SQL and writing complex queries. Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports. Understanding of performance tuning techniques for BI applications. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proven track record of delivering projects on time. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
