About the Role

We are looking for a technically strong and analytical MIS & Reporting Executive to join our operations team in Kolkata. This role is central to driving data-led decision-making by building robust dashboards, automating reporting functions, and maintaining data accuracy across production and manufacturing operations. You’ll be working closely with cross-functional teams and leveraging advanced tools to optimize workflows and improve business intelligence.

This position is ideal for candidates with a background in BCA/MCA/BTech (Computer Science), a solid foundation in JavaScript and Google AppScript, and hands-on expertise with Advanced Excel. Candidates from ISC English-medium background with strong communication and documentation skills will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, automate, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards for operations and production
• Create scripts and automation tools using JavaScript and Google AppScript to streamline MIS processes and internal workflows
• Analyze operational data for trend identification, variance analysis, and forecasting insights
• Collaborate with production, QA, and logistics teams to validate datasets and ensure process-level accuracy
• Use Advanced Excel (macros, pivot tables, charts, VBA) and Google Sheets for performance tracking and decision support
• Maintain clean, version-controlled, and audit-ready reports in compliance with internal standards
• Support ERP integration, and contribute to developing lightweight custom reporting solutions using SQL queries and APIs where required

Candidate Requirements

• BCA, MCA, or B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent technical qualification
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in MIS/Analytics in a production or manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Google AppScript is mandatory
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, macros, VBA) and Google Sheets
• Comfortable with data cleaning, transformation, and visual representation
• Working knowledge of databases and SQL
• Exposure to ERP platforms, or tools like Power BI / Tableau, is an added advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (preference for ISC English-medium background)
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and driven to simplify complex processes through technology
