Mern Stack Developer Experience:2-5 Years We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our team of passionate professionals. If you're a highly skilled developer with 2-5 years of experience in the MERN (Mongo DB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js) stack and have a proven track record of building scalable and efficient web applications, we'd love to hear from you. Roles & Responsibilities: 1.) Good Understanding of End to End feature requirements 2.) Develop and maintain dynamic web applications using the MERN stack (Mongo DB, Express.js, React, Node.js). 3.)Design and implement front-end user interfaces using Next.Js. 3.) Should independently design, develop, modify, implement, and support software components 4.) Should be able to analyze & determine the root cause for the complex software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions. 5.) Assist in task planning, estimation & scheduling 6.) Node.js backend - Define code architecture decisions to support a high-performance and scalable product with a minimal footprint. 7.) Address and improve any technical issues. 8.) Collaborate well with engineers, researchers, and data implementation specialists to design and create advanced, elegant, and efficient systems. 9.) Follow Software development best practices, and established processes 10.) Work closely with Senior Engineers for Sprint planning & delivery 11.) Should be able to coordinate with Architecture, Product & other stakeholders as required 12.) Should be able to effectively work in a team environment 14.) Determine process improvements, and best practices, and develop new processes. 15.) Collaborate well with DevOps, UI/UX Designers, and Testers to design and create advanced, elegant, and efficient systems. Key Programming Skills : 1.) Candidate with 2-5 Years of relevant experience in MERN/Node.js Stack Development. 2.) Strong hands-on experience in Front End Technologies: HTML, CSS, React Js, Typescript, Next.Js , XML, JQuery. 3.) Strong hands-on experience in Backend Technologies: Node.js, Express, APIs. 4.) Good experience in Middleware & DB layer: Express Js, MongoDB, MySQL. 5.) Add-on experience in Automation and Collaboration Tools: Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Jira/Confluence, MS Teams. 6.) Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. 7.) Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git).
