About the Role



This role is central to unifying and operationalizing marketing efforts across the HCLTech IT Infrastructure Services portfolio. You will align internal stakeholders, presales, business marketing leads, and external platforms to deliver consistent narratives and impactful campaigns. In addition to driving strategic programs, you will also lead Martech adoption within the marketing team — ensuring effective use of HCLTech’s marketing automation, ABM, and analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Orchestration

  • Lead centralized, cross-unit marketing programs that build a unified HCLTech IT Infrastructure Services brand and narrative.
  • Own and enhance key marketing assets — including decks, case study repositories, campaign templates, and web pages.
  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns in collaboration with marketing leads and corporate teams.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

  • Design and execute personalized ABM campaigns across key global accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales and delivery to craft account strategies based on customer insights and data.
  • Use digital tools to track engagement across the buyer journey.

Marketing Operations & Governance

  • Manage marketing operations including campaign planning, governance, budget, reporting, and compliance.
  • Partner with digital, web, and automation teams to drive Martech tool adoption (e.g., campaign automation, dashboards, CRM integration).
  • Coordinate with Presales to align marketing activities with bid strategies and major pursuits.
  • Maintain and govern the IT Infrastructure Services section on HCLTech.com.

Content, PR & Thought Leadership

  • Develop content strategies for internal and external campaigns across channels.
  • Collaborate with corporate communications to enhance brand visibility through media, events, and analyst interactions.

Performance Reporting & Communication

  • Track and report on campaign performance, lead progression, and pipeline contribution.
  • Deliver quarterly performance updates and leadership communication.

Enablement & Martech Adoption

  • Manage internal platforms (e.g., intranet, asset repositories) and enable consistent communication to stakeholders.
  • Lead sales and marketing enablement initiatives with updated content, decks, and campaign kits.
  • Promote effective use of Martech tools through training, process integration, and sharing best practices.

What You'll Bring

  • 8–12 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology services or enterprise IT.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing operations, campaign execution, and ABM.
  • Experience with Martech platforms (Salesforce, Eloqua/Marketo, Demandbase/6sense, analytics tools).
  • Proven ability to align stakeholders across marketing, presales, sales, and delivery.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Experience working in global, matrixed organizations.

Nice to Have

  • MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Communications, or Technology.
  • Experience rolling out and governing marketing technology.
  • Background in content marketing, PR, or digital enablemen
