Role Summary

Digital Marketing & Communication Specialist

drive visibility, educate our target market

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize 

  digital marketing campaigns

   across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Create and schedule 

  engaging, brand-aligned content

   (posts, videos, infographics, newsletters).
• Track, analyze, and report performance using 

  web analytics tools

   (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
• Coordinate with the design, product, and sales teams for campaign assets and alignment.
• Improve 

  SEO/SEM

  , keyword strategy, and on-page content to increase visibility and lead generation.
• Conduct 

  market research

   and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer preferences.
• Manage and grow our community and social presence by engaging with customers and partners online.
• Support event marketing, email campaigns, and content writing (case studies, blogs, etc.)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in 

  Marketing, Communications, Business

  , or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in 

  Digital Marketing

  , preferably in the tech or B2B domain.
• Proficiency in 

  social media marketing

  , 

  online advertising

  , and 

  web analytics tools

  .
• Excellent 

  written and verbal communication

   skills.
• Knowledge of 

  SEO, SEM, Email Marketing

  , and campaign automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
• Ability to analyze campaign data and make 

  informed, data-driven decisions

  .
• Strong 

  organizational

   and 

  project management

   skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with 

  graphic design tools

   (Canva, Adobe Suite) and video tools is a plus.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

• Experience with 

  WordPress or Webflow

• Basic understanding of 

  B2B tech marketing

• Knowledge of 

  SuiteCRM or other CRM tools

• Content writing/technical writing experience
