to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who have experience working in the

FMCG sector

and a passion for

corporate gifting

solutions, with a strong grasp of both

B2B

and

D2C

sales channels. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of proven experience in driving revenue, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities.You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, executing sales strategies, and managing end-to-end customer engagement. Your role will be instrumental in positioning our brand as a trusted partner for gifting solutions across corporate clients and direct consumers.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B clients, especially within the corporate and institutional segments, for bulk gifting solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business, high satisfaction, and customer loyalty.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute sales plans and campaigns tailored to both B2B and D2C channels in line with revenue goals.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine our offerings and pricing strategies.
  • Revenue Ownership: Take ownership of monthly and quarterly sales targets, track performance, and ensure timely closures of deals.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align campaigns, ensure seamless delivery, and enhance customer experience.
  • Corporate Gifting Solutions: Design and present customized gifting proposals based on client needs, especially during festive and peak seasons.
  • Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain updated client information and sales activities in CRM tools, and generate reports for internal tracking and strategic planning.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in sales within FMCG, corporate gifting, or consumer product sectors.
  • Hands-on experience in B2B and D2C sales models.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to create customized pitches.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
