You'll be hands-on in all aspects of ML: from data preprocessing and model development to deployment and optimization. Your work will directly influence our product's capabilities and shape how our marketing-focused solutions evolve.

Responsibilities

Develop ML Models: Design and implement machine learning models to drive various features and insights within our product. This includes working with large language models (LLMs) and exploring applications of generative AI (GenAI).
End-to-End Ownership: Take models from ideation to deployment. This includes data collection, preprocessing, model training, and optimization.
Data Science and Analytics: Perform data analysis to understand user behavior and optimize model performance, contributing to the company's data-driven decision-making processes.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and UX designers to deliver impactful solutions that align with product goals.
Problem Solving: Identify core engineering problems, explore potential solutions, and apply critical thinking and coding skills to tackle them effectively.
Scalable Infrastructure: Work on developing scalable and efficient ML pipelines and frameworks to ensure robustness and quality at scale.
Experimentation: Continuously evaluate and experiment with the latest ML/AI techniques, tools, and frameworks to keep our technology at the cutting edge.

Requirements

Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, preferably in a SaaS or startup environment. Familiarity with B2B marketing is a plus.
Skills: Strong foundation in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks. Proficiency with data processing and analysis tools (e. g., Pandas, SQL).
GenAI and LLMs: Practical experience with large language models and generative AI, with a keen interest in staying current with advancements in this space.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of breaking down complex problems into manageable pieces.
Software Engineering: Strong coding and debugging skills, with a focus on writing clean, efficient, and reusable code. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Curiosity and Adaptability: Eagerness to learn, experiment, and iterate, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
