Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically strong

Lead / Principal & TypeScript Developer

with 9–18 years of experience to take ownership of complex, enterprise-grade applications. This is a strategic role that combines deep hands-on coding with architecture design, team mentorship, and technical leadership. You will play a key role in driving engineering excellence and innovation across our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable, maintainable applications using TypeScript and Javascript
Define and enforce coding standards, architecture patterns, and engineering best practices.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive leadership to align technical strategy with business goals.
Drive full SDLC ownership including architecture design, code reviews, testing, CI/CD, deployment, and monitoring.
Mentor and guide developers across multiple teams, fostering a strong engineering culture.
Solve high-complexity architectural and performance challenges in web and backend systems.
Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and technologies to support long-term innovation.
Take ownership of system reliability, scalability, and security at the enterprise level.

Required Skills & Experience

9–18 years of hands-on development experience in JavaScript and TypeScript.
Deep understanding of frontend and backend architecture principles.
Strong expertise in at least one frontend framework (React, Angular, Vue) and one backend platform (Node.js, Express, NestJS).
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing large-scale systems, microservices, or event-driven architectures.
Advanced knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
Proficiency in modern DevOps practices: Docker, CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Strong debugging, profiling, and performance tuning skills across the stack.
Experience leading and mentoring mid-level and senior developers.
