Role Description Hiring Locations : Chennai, Trivandrum, Kochi Role Description As a Configuration Lead, you will support end-to-end client product implementations in the healthcare domain, ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery. You will lead a team of Implementation Engineers, guiding them through configuration processes, managing client interactions, and contributing to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies. This role requires strong technical skills, domain expertise, and leadership capabilities. Responsibilities Lead execution of product implementation plans in alignment with client requirements, ensuring quality and timeliness. Guide and mentor a team of Implementation Engineers, providing support and enforcing best practices. Ensure compliance with the implementation framework, identifying risks and dependencies proactively. Create effort estimations and delivery timelines, adhering to defined SLAs. Continuously improve configuration tools, processes, and documentation. Act as the liaison between cross-functional internal teams and clients to ensure seamless delivery. Set and track OKRs for self and team, providing performance feedback. Manage client demonstrations, handle escalations, and influence customer satisfaction. Supervise the promotion of configuration across environments and manage the configuration gold environment. Collaborate with Integration, Conversion, and Testing teams to align Configuration activities. Mandatory Skills Strong expertise in Healthcare domain, preferably with experience in HealthRules Payor or similar platforms. Experience in leading configuration sprints and agile product implementations. Deep understanding of product deployment lifecycles and configuration best practices. Proficient in DevOps practices and CI/CD tools. Strong analytical skills and technical troubleshooting experience. Familiarity with configuration management, backup strategies, and version control. Good To Have Skills Experience in Quality Automation tools and methodologies. Working knowledge of containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Exposure to major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their toolsets. Experience in agile development environments and consulting roles. Knowledge of healthcare claim processing and clinical operations configuration. Understanding of cross-functional workflows within software implementation. Soft Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Team leadership and mentoring skills. Effective time management and organizational capabilities. Proactive problem-solving and decision-making mindset. Ability to prioritize and perform under pressure in fast-paced environments. Experience Range 5 to 8 years of experience in product implementation, with at least 2+ years in a lead role. Proven experience in healthcare IT or similar regulated industries preferred.
