Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and relevant industry segments
  • Identify and generate qualified leads through cold calling, targeted email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and strategic partnerships
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery calls or product demos with prospective clients
  • Assist in aligning messaging, campaign targeting, and lead generation strategies with the marketing and business development teams
  • Contribute to the development of inside sales collateral such as email templates, outreach scripts, and follow-up sequences for ongoing and upcoming campaigns
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing and sales initiatives, including webinars, targeted email campaigns, and industry-specific newsletters
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and communication logs in CRM tools like HubSpot

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in B2B inside sales, lead generation, or business development (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong research and analytical skills with a keen understanding of market dynamics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and outreach platforms is an advantage
  • Exposure to SaaS, Industrial IoT, or digital transformation solutions is a plus
  • Candidates with engineering backgrounds and an interest in technology-driven sales are highly encouraged to apply
