Job Overview:

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Node.js and

React.js to join our India development team. The ideal candidate will have deep experience

in building scalable web applications, strong analytical skills, and a passion for clean,

efficient code.

Responsibilities:

 Develop high-performance distributed applications using asynchronous programming

techniques in Node.js.

 Build React.js UI components and RESTful APIs integrated with MySQL backend.

 Troubleshoot and debug existing systems, ensuring stability and performance.

 Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate

them into technical tasks.

 Participate in sprint planning, design reviews, and daily standups.

 Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers for seamless integration.

 Write and maintain unit tests using TDD best practices.

 Assist QA teams in defining test cases and strategies.

 Identify and reengineer performance bottlenecks.

 Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

 Conduct peer code reviews.

 Use version control systems like Git for code management.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred).

 6–8 years of experience in web application development using Node.js and React.js.

 Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.

 Proficient in:

o JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3

o REST APIs, CRUD operations, JSON, XML

o Web security (encryption, hashing, OAuth2, JWT)

o SQL/RDBMS (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server), stored procedures, indexing

o Node.js ecosystem (Express.js, Redis, filesystem, etc.)

o Testing tools (Postman, Chai, Joi validation)

 Solid grasp of computer science fundamentals and software engineering best

practices.

 Experience in performance tuning and debugging across frontend and backend.

 Excellent communication skills in English.
