Role Overview You will own the end-to-end Business Intelligence and Data Automation function at Gynoveda. This includes designing and implementing automated data pipelines, crafting visually compelling dashboards, and delivering actionable insights for CXOs to make swift, data-driven decisions.Your work will directly influence strategy across revenue, retention, patient care, marketing ROI, and inventory, turning raw data into real business impact. Dashboard & MIS DevelopmentBuild and maintain executive-level dashboards using Tableau, QuickSight, Superset, or similar tools.Design dashboards to track KPIs like revenue, patient retention, footfall, customer acquisition, inventory, and marketing effectiveness.Focus on aesthetics and clarity — dashboards must enable leadership to identify key issues/opportunities within 3 seconds.2. Insight Generation & AnalyticsAnalyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and performance gaps.Conduct root-cause analysis and translate insights into clear, data-backed recommendations.Partner with business teams to define success metrics and generate actionable insights.3. Data Pipeline AutomationArchitect automated data pipelines using AWS tools (e.g., Redshift, Postgres, S3).Ensure reliable, real-time data ingestion from all clinics, systems, and marketing sources.Own ETL workflows, data warehousing, and data governance frameworks.4. Tool Ownership & Technical ExcellenceHands-on with SQL, data modeling, and AWS cloud analytics.Proficiency in Tableau and/or AWS QuickSight (incl. Q-language natural language analytics) is a strong plus.Work independently to manage the full data stack – from ingestion to insight.5. Cross-functional Business PartnershipWork closely with the Founder/CEO, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams.Present insights in business terms — not just numbers — to help leaders act fast.Serve as a thought partner to CXOs, driving strategic decisions through data. Ideal Candidate Profile Experience: 7–12 years in BI, analytics, or data engineering roles, preferably in high-growth B2C startups (e-commerce, fintech, health-tech, food-tech).Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering/Technology. Certifications in analytics/BI are a plus.Dashboard UI/UX: Obsessive about dashboard design and clarity. Can build dashboards that highlight business health/problems instantly.Analytical Mindset: Owner’s mindset; able to proactively identify business risks/opportunities before others.Technical Expertise:Strong SQL and data modeling experience.Hands-on with AWS Redshift, Postgres, S3, Tableau, QuickSight.Bonus: Experience with natural-language query tools (e.g., Amazon Q).Soft Skills: Sharp communicator, business-savvy, fast-paced operator. Can thrive in ambiguity and move quickly without constant guidance.
