Job Title:

Support work 2- 3hrs Mon to Fri (Remotely)

Job Summary

Kronos Integration Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement integrations within
Kronos Workforce Central (WFC)
.
Perform
Oracle Database
administration tasks including schema changes, object creation, and query tuning.
Plan and execute
database migrations
across environments (on-premise to cloud or cross-region).
Conduct
database performance testing and tuning
to ensure optimal system performance.
Manage
patch upgrades
and overall environment maintenance for Kronos and Oracle DB.
Perform
database refresh activities
across development, QA, and production environments.
Identify and remediate
Log4j vulnerabilities
and other known security risks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

5+ years of experience working with
Kronos WFC integrations
.
Strong hands-on experience with
Oracle Database (PL/SQL)
.
Proven expertise in
on-prem to cloud migration strategies
and execution.
Experience with
database performance tuning
, patching, and environment health monitoring.
Proficiency in managing
database refreshes
and data masking practices.
Solid understanding of
security vulnerabilities (Log4j)
and related remediation techniques.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with
Kronos Workforce Dimensions (WFD)
is a plus.
Familiarity with
DevOps practices
and automation tools.
Experience in
cloud environments
such as AWS or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
