About the role

The IT&D Senior Analyst, PLM will be part of PLM platform team that is responsible for sustainability of the PLM eco-system, and operating from the Reckitt Global Hub, Hyderabad. This team is responsible for maintenance/enhancement of PLM Products across Reckitt. Our team comprise of PLM specific subject matter experts involved in providing solution in PLM domain. This team is building competency in IT solutions which can be applied across PLM to enable R&D teams to deliver products to market in the most optimal way.

Your responsibilities

• Maintenance of current PLM Products based on DevOps principles.
• Leading the elaboration, analysis, documentation and testing of complex product requirements including features and user stories, gathering and translating business needs into clear specifications
• Engage with the product team members to elaborate on product requirements, providing critical insights and analysis to refine and enhance the requirements
• Development of solution while adhering to Technical/Functional requirements and GxP process.
• End to End solution design and development from Idea to Working solution following the Governance and Change Management process of IT/GxP procedures.
• Appreciation/Experience of PLM Technology to deep dive into Data/Application/Architecture/Technology stack to define optimal solutions.
• Actively identifying and addressing relevant security and compliance requirements that must be adhered to throughout the product development lifecycle, mitigating risks
• Work with Business Process Owners, OCM SMEs, Business analysts, Technical SMEs, Test Manager & Release Lead to define the scope for the releases
• Collaborate closely with the product manager to execute continuous improvements
• Building strong relationship with Business stakeholders and delivery partners to ensure requirements are developed in time and deliver maximum value to users

The experience we're looking for

• At least 8 years’ overall technology experience related to Product Lifecycle Management
• Experience in working within a regulated industry (GxP experience preferred)
• Experience with Infor Optiva – At least 4+ years practical experience
• Experience with enterprise PLM technologies such as Oracle Agile/INTERSPEC/Aras/Product Vision etc.
• Must demonstrate excellent Design and Architectural skills
• Flexibility to adapt to Change as we continue on a transformation journey at Reckitt.
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Critical thinker and ability to demonstrate logical approach to problem solving. Able to prioritize work and balance competing demands
• Able to take up additional responsibilities when role demands
• Effective Coaching skills when required for team members
• Able to collaborate with cross functional teams to effectively deliver the releases. Able to build and maintain strong and effective relationships

• Understanding ADO fundamentals ·
• Technical experience of working within FMCG, Personal Hygiene and Healthcare sector
• Knowledge of PLM domain specifically recipe Management using Optiva Technical experience with SAP technology stack – ERP, MDG, S4/HANA, EPF etc.
