Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to execution, delivery, and closure.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives and client expectations.
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, HR, and client stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, manage changes, and ensure timely delivery within budget and scope.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring transparent communication and reporting.
• Conduct regular team meetings, status updates, and performance reviews.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies, as applicable.
• Identify and resolve project issues, bottlenecks, and conflicts proactively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. PMP/PRINCE2 or Agile certification is a plus.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in project management within IT/software services.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects in web, mobile, or enterprise technology domains.
• Strong understanding of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello, MS Project).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining project documentation and reports.
• Ability to manage remote/distributed teams and work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualities:

• Hands-on experience in software development or QA is a bonus.
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM platforms, cloud infrastructure, or AI-based solutions is desirable.
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
