Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our IT department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring data security, leading IT projects, and supporting all technological needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage IT systems and operations to meet business needs.
• Supervise and support IT staff, including system administrators, help desk technicians, and developers.
• Ensure the security of IT systems and data through effective cybersecurity strategies and compliance with best practices.
• Manage IT budgets, vendors, contracts, and procurement of hardware/software.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of networks, servers, and other IT assets.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and performance.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Coordinate disaster recovery and data backup systems.
• Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (master’s preferred).
• Minimum of [6+] years of experience in IT management or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualization.
• Familiarity with ITIL, ISO standards, or other IT governance frameworks is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Experience in web and mobile app development. Exposure to the compliances with Android and IOS.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹83,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
