• Act as a single point of contact for all IT issues
• Make sure that the issues are recorded in the system and acted as per SLA
• Monitor and maintain networks (Firewall & switches).
• Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
• Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
• Creating user accounts and performing access control.
• Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
• Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
• Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.
• Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
• Supervising and mentoring IT department employees, as well as providing IT support.
• Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.

Skills: Network Management (Firewall & Switches, Windows, Linux, Azure Cloud, Windows 10, Microsoft Teams, WordPress (Preferable not mandatory)), Laptop Hardware

Here are some mandatory requirements –

• The ideal candidate must have supported IT company (Size 100-150) as IT SPOC
• Must have good knowledge of networks (firewall & switches)
• Must have good knowledge of fixing software on laptops
• Must have managed Microsoft accounts for emails & teams
