IT Manager

Key Requirements for This Role

Person must have 3 years if experience in his current profile. Do not share profile whose current designation is not IT Manager.

a) Candidates currently working as Desktop Support or L1/L2 Support Engineers are not suitable for this position.

b) This role is not intended for professionals focused on managing Data Centers, SAN Storage, or similar infrastructure.

c) We are looking for a candidate with hands-on experience in networking, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi configuration, and troubleshooting internet-related issues. Also, in current person should be working in IT Company.

d) Experience in configuring and managing Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls is essential.

e) The ideal candidate should have experience managing email servers, Office 365, FTP, Cloud and hosting accounts.

f) Practical knowledge of server management, including tasks like taking regular backups and restoring data, is required.

g) Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.

h) Strong managerial skills and the ability to lead and coordinate effectively are essential.

 The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience tackling various hardware and software problems. They should be comfortable providing technology solutions to employees and working closely with third party software companies to adopt new technologies and efficiently use existing ones. This candidate should have prior experience working with information technology and understand the latest technology trends to ensure the technology in place is up to date. 

Qualifications

1. Educational Background: B. Tech / M. Tech, BCA / MCA, B.Sc (IT / M.Sc (IT).

2.Do not consider profiles with educational background of BA , MA , B. Com, M.com 3.

3.6+ years of experience in related field

4.Strong technical problem solving and communication skills
