Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive

Industrial Engineering Executive

to support production efficiency and process improvement on the shop floor. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations through effective line balancing, SMV calculations, operator training, and process documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement efficient workplace layouts and standard operating methods.
  • Conduct style analysis, line balancing, and pilot studies for new styles.
  • Calculate Standard Minute Value (SMV) using GSD software.
  • Prepare machine layouts, feeding plans, and Standard Work Sheets (STW).
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks to improve throughput and efficiency.
  • Train operators in correct sewing methods and multi-skilling.
  • Monitor production metrics and provide daily reports (efficiency, hourly output, machine needs).
  • Collaborate with design, planning, and supervisory teams for smooth workflow and changeover management.
  • Maintain reports: Work Flow Charts, Pilot Study Reports, Monthly Operational Performance Reports.

Key Skills

  • Knowledge of garment production processes, especially in foundation garments
  • Hands-on experience in SMV setting, GSD software, and IE documentation
  • Ability to analyze production data and drive improvements
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Willingness to work in shifts and shop floor environments
