Your Role at Survatra This is a multi-functional, high-impact role where you'll manage key operational areas that support our team’s success— recruiting, human resources, and administration . You’ll work directly with the leadership team to ensure Survatra runs smoothly and grows intentionally. Key Responsibilities Run end-to-end IT hiring: from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer rollouts. Draft job descriptions, manage postings, and maintain hiring documentation. Collaborate with hiring managers to plan and execute recruitment strategies. Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Oversee onboarding, documentation, and offboarding for all employees and contractors. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Indian employment laws. Assist with employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities. Manage internal documentation, team logistics, and access to tools and systems. Serve as the internal point of contact for vendors, legal, and admin-related queries. What You Bring 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting and administrative roles—preferably within a startup environment. Solid understanding of Indian HR practices and compliance requirements. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of ownership, discretion, and reliability in handling confidential matters. Nice to Have Experience supporting operations in an early-stage tech startup.
