Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership Build the complete HR ecosystem—processes, policies, culture—from scratch for a scalable dairy operation. Collaborate with the CEO, COO, and vertical heads to align HR strategies with long-term business objectives. Develop and lead manpower planning in accordance with our ambitious sales and distribution goals. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Lead end-to-end hiring for sales (ASM, ASE), operations, logistics, and plant teams. Design campus hiring programs and rural outreach strategies to attract and retain local talent. Build recruitment metrics dashboards for real-time tracking of hiring timelines, offer-to-join ratios, etc. Performance Management & Training Implement incentive and variable pay models tailored to drive performance across sales and production teams. Develop and deploy training programs focused on sales productivity, soft skills, compliance, and leadership. Compliance & Industrial Relations Ensure adherence to all labor laws, wage standards, factory regulations, and ESI/PF provisions. Manage external audits, maintain proper HR documentation, and oversee factory HR compliance protocols. Serve as the primary point of contact for government bodies, labor unions (if any), and legal HR affairs. In-depth knowledge of HR operations, compliance frameworks, and rural/urban workforce dynamics. Strong command over Hindi & English (local dialect fluency is a plus).
