Role Overview:

HR Manager (Generalist)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
End-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new employees
Manage employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction initiatives
Maintain and improve HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws
Performance management and appraisal coordination
Handle grievance redressal, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
Manage payroll inputs, leave management, and employee benefits
Support training, learning, and leadership development programs
HR analytics and reporting to senior management
Act as a culture champion, promoting transparency and positive workplace vibes

Requirements:

Proven experience (2-5 years) in an HR Generalist or HRBP role
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, HRMS systems, and HR operations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and lead initiatives independently
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
