Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Human Resources Generalist. The HR Generalist will be responsible for administering HR policies, managing employee benefits and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the company's HR management functions. Daily tasks include handling recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and developing HR strategies to support business objectives.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
Strongly into Legal Compliances, Payroll, HRMS etc...(must required)
Strong understanding of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with HR software and systems
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Prior experience in the Automotive or related industry is a plus
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
