Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Gurugram. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with HR policies. Day-to-day tasks will involve handling employee benefits, developing and implementing HR strategies and policies, and providing HR management support to ensure a productive work environment.
