Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Specialist to support our growing team and help shape a dynamic, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture at Auxy AI. In this role, you’ll play a key part in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations. You'll collaborate closely with leadership to ensure that our people strategy aligns with our business goals. This is a work-from-office role based in Pune , and we’re looking for someone who can engage with the team in person to foster strong relationships and drive people-centric initiatives. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices aligned with company culture. Coordinate employee onboarding, training, and development programs to ensure a smooth transition and continuous learning. Support performance management processes, including reviews, feedback, and goal-setting. Organise employee engagement activities and wellness programs to build a positive work environment. Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution with empathy and confidentiality. Maintain and update HR records, ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies. Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning. Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, satisfaction scores) and generate reports for management. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a tech or startup environment. Solid understanding of HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence. Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality with employees at all levels. Experience with HRIS tools (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR) and applicant tracking systems. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting with evolving priorities.
