Job Title: HR Manager Location: VPO Lehra, Dist. Ludhiana, Punjab, India Department: Human Resources Reports To: MR Experience Required: 10+ years in HR (with experience in HRMS tools and automation) About Ecostan: Ecostan is a reputed manufacturer of biomass machinery and eco-sustainable solutions, with a mission to bring innovation, efficiency, and sustainability together. We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic HR Manager who can lead HR functions and bring modern tools and systems into practice. Job Summary: The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and payroll coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in using modern HR tools like HRMS, attendance systems, and digital onboarding platforms. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire employee lifecycle – hiring to exit Implement and maintain HRMS software for employee data, attendance, and leave management Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and compliance practices Monitor employee engagement, handle grievances, and resolve conflicts Coordinate training programs and performance appraisals Support payroll processing by coordinating with accounts and ensuring timely data input Analyze HR data to generate reports on attrition, headcount, and performance Stay updated with HR trends, labor laws, and technological developments Conduct regular audits of HR systems and documents for accuracy Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 10+ years of experience in HR functions, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial setup Proficiency in HRMS tools (Zoho, GreytHR, Keka, SpineHRMS etc.) and MS Office Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Preferred Skills: Experience in automating HR processes Knowledge of PF, ESI, and payroll coordination Experience in performance management systems (PMS) Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to modernize HR systems and lead a team Exposure to HR operations across domestic and international workforce Supportive and growth-oriented work culture
