Company Overview:

We are a leading manufacturer of UL-certified indoor Network and Server Racks, Outdoor Enclosures like IP55/IP65/IP66-rated A/C Racks designed for Data Centers and Telecom applications. Our product line caters to system integrators, corporate enterprises, and industrial clients.

We also specialize in Fiber Rollout, Fiber O&M, Surveillance, and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) and FTTx projects, serving enterprise and telecom sectors across India.


Role Summary:

The Head of Sales and Marketing will lead strategic business growth through direct corporate engagement, channel expansion, and market positioning. This role demands a seasoned professional who can manage national sales operations, develop channel partnerships, and execute go-to-market strategies across technical B2B and infrastructure markets.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Sales and Business Development

  2. Identify and onboard enterprise clients, telecom operators, and system integrators
  3. Lead revenue generation through direct sales, proposals, and strategic negotiations.
  4. Define regional and national sales targets in alignment with company goals.
  5. Channel Development

  6. Appoint and manage dealers/distributors across regions for structured sales growth.
  7. Monitor partner performance, resolve issues, and support in achieving targets.
  8. Optimize the channel network to drive long-term business sustainability.
  9. Marketing and Strategy Execution

  10. Design integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
  11. Lead branding efforts at trade shows, expos, and industry events.
  12. Oversee the development of sales collaterals, product positioning, and client communications.
  13. Client Relationship Management

  14. Manage high-value accounts, key negotiations, and long-term partnerships.
  15. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
  16. Serve as the escalation point for client concerns or project issues.
  17. Field Travel

  18. Travel extensively for business development, partner onboarding, and site/project visits.
  19. Represent the company in key regions to build credibility and relationships.

Qualification and Experience:


  • Education:

    MBA/BBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of total experience, with at least 3 years in industrial product sales or data center/telecom infrastructure.
  • Proven track record in B2B and channel sales.

  • Deep knowledge of structured cabling, racks, and data center environments.
  • Strong leadership, sales forecasting, and team-building capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
