Job Description

Head of RPO Business (Operations & Growth ) The Head of RPO Business is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the strategic growth, operational excellence, and service delivery of the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) division of Talentiser. This position combines deep expertise in both operations and delivery management, ensuring that all client engagements are executed efficiently, effectively, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Growth Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the RPO and talent solutions space. Develop and implement strategies to expand the firm’s client base and market share. Lead client presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations Operations Management Oversee the end-to-end operations of the RPO division, including process design, workflow optimization, and resource allocation. Ensure seamless integration of recruitment processes with client HR and business systems. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency Service Delivery Excellence Lead the delivery of RPO services, ensuring client expectations are consistently met or exceeded. Monitor fulfillment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction. Address and resolve operational and delivery challenges promptly Team Leadership & Development Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters, sourcers, and account managers. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning. Identify and nurture future leaders within the RPO division Performance & Financial Management Own the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the RPO business, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are achieved. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics Client & Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. Act as the escalation point for client issues and ensure timely resolution Risk & Compliance Ensure full compliance with employment laws, contractual obligations, and company policies. Implement risk management strategies to safeguard business interests Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field. MBA preferred. Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in RPO, staffing, or talent solutions, with a strong focus on operations and delivery management. Proven track record of leading large, complex RPO engagements and managing multi-location teams. Hands-on experience with process improvement, workflow automation, and technology integration.
