We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Business Development and Sales Manager with proven expertise in selling Digital Marketing services and leading successful sales teams. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sales Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue goals. Identify, approach, and convert potential clients seeking Digital Marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, Content Marketing, etc.). Own the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Team Leadership and Mentorship: Lead, train, and manage a team of sales professionals to maximize performance. Set clear sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds them. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction. Act as a key point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Market Research and Lead Generation: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and emerging opportunities. Generate leads through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports and forecasts. Analyse key metrics to optimize sales strategies and improve performance. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in selling Digital Marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, etc.). Proven success in managing a sales team and achieving targets. Skills: Strong understanding of Digital Marketing concepts and strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to close deals and handle complex sales negotiations. Other Requirements: A results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting software.
