HCL DX Integration Specialist

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable integrations between HCL DX and third-party systems
• Integrate enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, CMS) using REST, SOAP, JSON, XML
• Configure and maintain SSO authentication mechanisms (SAML, OAuth2, LDAP)
• Implement secure API gateways and token-based access controls
• Develop backend Java/J2EE modules for integration and middleware connectivity
• Troubleshoot data exchange, authorization, and synchronization issues
• Collaborate with DevOps for API versioning, CI/CD, and monitoring
• Document integration flows, endpoints, and security policies
  

Must-Have Skills

• Strong HCL DX and WebSphere Portal integration experience
• Java/J2EE backend development and API consumption
• Expertise in SSO, LDAP, and token-based authentication models
• Working knowledge of middleware (ESB, MQ) and enterprise connectors
• Familiarity with WAS (WebSphere Application Server), IHS, and SSL configurations
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, or API documentation tools
• Familiarity with OAuth2, SAML, and JWT standards
• Previous experience with enterprise-scale DX implementations
