The Job Title: Growth Marketer

Location: In-person (Kozhikode Office)
Type: Full-time

Experience: 3–5 years in digital marketing, performance marketing, or SaaS growth roles
AVLView is transforming into a vertical AI platform to help fleet owners automate operations, reduce costs, and drive efficiency. We onboarded 9,200 vehicles in the past 12 months — your strategies will fuel the next 10,000.

Compensation
₹8–12 L base + performance bonus targeting ₹4 L in year 1 (OTE ₹12–16 L). Accelerators at CPL < ₹250 & demo-lead > 25 %.

What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days

Day 30:

  • Deep dive into the AVLView platform and ICPs
  • Audit current channels: SEO, SEM, email, social, landing pages
  • Set weekly KPIs for traffic, lead flow, and CAC

Day 60:

  • Launch and manage high-impact campaigns across paid and organic channels
  • Improve landing page conversion rates with A/B testing
  • Collaborate with content and sales teams for an aligned funnel strategy
  • Share the CPL trend report with executive team for visibility on spend efficiency

Day 90:

  • Organic + paid sessions ↑40 % vs. Day 0 baseline
  • Achieve CPL ≤ ₹300 and demo-to-lead conversion ≥ 20%
  • Generate 150+ qualified leads/month across all channels
  • Present performance dashboard to leadership, highlighting wins and next bets

What You’ll Do

  • Own and optimise paid ads across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta
  • Improve SEO performance: content strategy, link building, technical fixes
  • Run outbound email campaigns with tight targeting and clear CTAs
  • Manage lead scoring, automation, and retargeting in HubSpot
  • Analyse data from Google Analytics, CRM, and ad platforms to iterate faster
  • Collaborate with content writers, designers, and sales on GTM initiatives

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years in digital/performance marketing, preferably in B2B or SaaS
  • Hands-on with ad platforms, marketing automation, and analytics tools
  • Strong copy instincts for headlines, landing pages, and ad creatives
  • High ownership mindset and bias for action — you run experiments, not meetings
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Tools: Hotjar, Clearbit, Segment, Vercel analytics, Ahrefs/Semrush
