We have a fantastic new opportunity for a General Ledger Analyst to join the team!
As a General Ledger Analyst you will play
a key role in the monthly and quarterly financial close process, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the financial statements. This role involves preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and supporting audits, with exposure to multiple entities and currencies.
What you'll be doing
Prepare and post journal entries in NetSuite, including accruals, prepayments, and reclasses
Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Assist with month-end and year-end close activities to ensure accurate financial reporting
Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
Support intercompany reconciliations and eliminations
Provide audit support and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
Collaborate with FP&A, and other finance functions
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
What we are looking for
Previous experience in general ledger accounting, or similar role
Strong experience with NetSuite or equivalent ERP systems
Good understanding of IFRS principles
Proficiency in Excel and working with large data sets
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; or equivalent professional qualification
High attention to detail and analytical skills
Strong communication skills to collaborate across geographies and functions
