Reports to: Chief Operating Officer (works shoulder-to-shoulder with Creative, Strategy & Performance teams)

• Growth built-in: You’ll be the in-house scout for “what’s next,” mentoring team-mates while fuelling your own learning sprint.

What You’ll Tackle

• Design & build end-to-end: wireframes → Figma prototypes → production code; keep Lighthouse 90+ and load times blink-fast.
• Architect flexible CMS setups: custom blocks, GraphQL/REST endpoints, immaculate content governance ready for localisation and scale.
• Own UX research loops: heat-maps, user tests, “grandma test,” iterate — repeat.
• Automate for efficiency: craft n8n flows, GitHub Actions, headless CMS webhooks, and AI-driven content tools that make editors grin.
• Inject AI thoughtfully: dynamic copy, computer-generated imagery, chat widgets, predictive content modules — prototype, prove value, roll out.
• Lead collaboration: teach designers responsive quirks, help Performance read Core Web Vitals, coach Accounts on selling smarter web solutions.
• Future-proof: pilot agentic build systems, edge functions, PWAs, AR/VR demos — bring back learnings to sharpen our service stack.

You’ll Thrive If You Have…

• 2–3 years building across multiple CMSs (show us live links).
• Fluency in HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript plus a modern framework (React, Vue, Svelte…), PHP fundamentals, REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Figma wizardry: components, variables, auto-layout, design-system thinking.
• Proven chops in accessibility, performance optimisation, SEO micro-schema.
• Curiosity for AI/ML tooling (OpenAI, Gemini, serverless LLM endpoints) and workflow-automation platforms such as n8n.
• Polished communication in English — can simplify tech for CEOs or juniors alike.

Bonus Points

• Headless WordPress with Next.js / Astro in production.
• Animation mojo (GSAP, Lottie, CSS Houdini).
• B2B martech familiarity (HubSpot, Pardot).
• Demonstrated agent workflow or low-code AI site-builder experiments.
