We are now expanding our meal brands franchise portfolio and are looking for a proactive and dynamic Relationship Manager to lead partner success across these verticals. Key Responsibilities: Partner Account Management: Act as the main point of contact for franchise partners running meal brands, ensuring daily operations are smooth and compliant. Onboarding & Training: Facilitate onboarding, tech setup (Knowlys, POS, aggregator tools), and brand-specific SOP training for new partners. Performance Tracking: Monitor sales, cancellations, ratings, and kitchen activity; flag underperformance and support partners to improve. Revenue Growth: Share best practices and strategic inputs to help partners improve volumes and profitability. Issue Escalation & Resolution: Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, logistics, design, operations) to resolve partner issues swiftly. Compliance Audits: Ensure adherence to brand standards, menu accuracy, pricing, hygiene, and packaging norms. Reporting & Insights: Maintain performance trackers, call logs, and weekly reports for leadership reviews. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with franchise partners to build long-term loyalty and trust. Who You Are: 1–3 years experience in franchise management, cloud kitchens, QSR, food delivery platforms, or hospitality. Fluent in English and local language(s); strong verbal and written communication. Good with numbers and Excel/Google Sheets. Highly responsive, organized, and proactive.
