What We Look For

  • A strong passion for improving peoples lives through technology
  • Solid problem-solving abilities and a growth mindset
2+ years of experience working with :
  • AWS / Google Cloud
  • Relational and/or NoSQL Databases
  • Messaging Queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
  • Multi-service (microservices) architectures

Strong Knowledge Of

  • CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bitbucket, Git, Junit, etc.)
  • Scripting languages like Bash

Good Understanding Of

  • The software development lifecycle and best practices
  • Web server configuration, monitoring, network design
  • High availability and scalable architecture

What You Will Do

  • Ensure high scalability, reliability, performance, and security of all infrastructure and applications
  • Design and implement automation tools to streamline deployment and infrastructure management
  • Continuously implement and improve security best practices as part of compliance activities
  • Build and monitor internal tools and frameworks to improve developer productivity and happiness
  • Collaborate with developers to set up secure services and frameworks efficiently

Selection Process

  • Initial Data Collection Fill out the application form. We'll review your details to ensure alignment.
  • Assignment Round You'll receive a 2-hour assignment (with a 2-day submission window).
  • Discussion Round Well go through your submission with you via GMeet or in person.
  • Final Round If all goes well, you'll have a conversation with our CEO and HR team.
