Job Posting Title: Financial Analyst Location: Mumbai and Noida What does a successful Financial Analyst do at Fiserv?The Financial Analyst will work closely with Finance and Accounting teams to gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, compliance, taxation, and strategic finance initiatives across India and international markets. What will you do: A Financial Analyst would undergo two 6-month structured assignments over a period of one year. This would involve a combination of diverse rotational assignments, on-the-job training, mentorship, and exposure to senior leadership with the ability to advance within the Finance and Accounting organization upon completion. A Financial Analyst under the supervision of the business finance leader will assist in following activities of financial management:Assist in the preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysis.Support internal and statutory audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies.Assist in the computation, filing, and reconciliation of direct and indirect taxes for both Indian and international operations.Participate in budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting activities.Handle financial operations for international subsidiaries, including compliance with local regulations and reporting requirements.Contribute to initiatives for process automation and operational efficiency in finance functions.Assist in risk identification and mitigation strategies for financial operations.
