Hi, We are looking for VisionPLUS professionals to join our dynamic team in Pune. Below is the job description: What does a successful VisionPLUS Advisor do at Fiserv: VisionPlus Advisor possesses expert knowledge of multiple VisionPLUS modules, must be able to create complex functional specifications, translate complex functional specifications into workable technical designs and programs, and have in-depth understanding and skills to make significant changes to VisionPLUS systems and environment. Consults with project teams and functional units on the design of important projects or services. Supports existing business systems applications. Works on moderate to complex projects and issues within functional area. Works more independently with IT functional units and business units. Recommends strategies for improving system applications. What will you do: VisionPLUS Functional Solutions (CMS, FAS Preferably), Technical design, Development, Installation, support and maintenance. Interaction and collaboration with multiple engineers and architects in related disciplines. Participation in implementation of stated architectural direction. Expected to work with their immediate teams and stakeholders to successfully manage major incidents and ultimately drive down the number and frequency of incidents and improve service recovery times. Must be capable in devising solutions to anticipated problems, conduct testing and installation of change into production. Provide all necessary documentation for software to be delivered. Communicate with other business areas on status of issues, incidents. Analyse Batch flow and processes to improve system performance. Experience in designing strategies for reducing systems complexity and redundancy. Install, configure, or test based on user-defined requirements. System test environment build and upgrade. Storage and Capacity Planning for Test and Production environments. What will you need to know: Bachelors Degree at College of Engineering and Technology or equivalent work experience. Minimum 12+ years of experience working with VisionPLUS functional and technical specifications, coding and testing and/or application support. Demonstrated Experience in the full life cycle application development projects. Working experience in Mainframe environment, must be adept in TSO, ISPF, COBOL, JCL, VSAM, Endevor, Easytrieve. Excellent level of analytical ability, communication and interpersonal skills required to build relationships with team members and customers to solve problems and resolve issues.
