About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Facebook Performance Marketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing and scaling Facebook ad campaigns, maintaining a strong ROI, and driving impactful results. You will play a key role in executing strategies to maximize conversions, optimize budgets, and ensure seamless integration and tracking across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ad Campaign Management:
• Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns across various objectives (conversion, traffic, engagement, etc.).
• Ensure campaigns are delivering optimal ROI and scaling effectively.
• Audience Targeting:
• Conduct in-depth audience research to define and segment target groups.
• Test and refine audience targeting to improve ad performance and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).
• Performance Analysis:
• Analyze campaign metrics and performance data to generate actionable insights.
• Report on KPIs and suggest data-backed improvements to campaigns.
• Scaling Campaigns:
• Develop strategies to scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining budget efficiency.
• Monitor industry trends and implement best practices to maximize growth opportunities.
• Integration and Tracking:
• Ensure seamless integration with tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and tracking tools.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking, custom events, and pixel implementation.
• Creative Collaboration:
• Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
• Test and iterate ad copy, images, and videos to improve performance.
• Budget Management:
• Effectively manage and allocate advertising budgets to achieve campaign goals.
• Perform ongoing cost analysis to identify areas for optimization.
• Stay Updated:
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and new features in Facebook advertising.
• Implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Facebook Ads Specialist, Performance Marketer, or similar role.
• Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, and other related tools.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, A/B testing, and ad optimization.
• Hands-on experience with integration and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Zapier).
• Proficiency in analyzing data and presenting insights to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of third-party platforms and tools to enhance campaign performance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other paid social platforms (google ads).
• Familiarity with e-commerce and lead generation campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of copywriting and design principles.
• Understanding of SEO and its integration with paid campaigns.
