*Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Founder*
Location: Hybrid /In-Office (Delhi, India), with Travel Across IndiaType: Full-Time*About the Role*This isn’t your typical Executive Assistant role.We’re seeking a sharp, solutions-driven Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder across multiple high-growth ventures in fitness, wellness, media, and tech.This role is ideal for someone who’s fast-thinking, resourceful, and exceptionally organised — someone who not only solves problems but anticipates them. You should be confident using AI tools and the latest tech to streamline tasks, automate processes, and move projects forward quickly.You’ll work across content creation, strategy, operations, team coordination, and vendor management. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are excited to be part of purpose-led businesses, this is the opportunity for you.*Key Responsibilities*- Strategic Support & Execution- Track key priorities, ensuring timely updates and completion- Keep the Founder organised, focused, and ahead of schedule- Act as a trusted right hand to help execute strategic initiatives*AI & Workflow Optimisation*- Leverage tools like ChatGPT and other AI platforms to improve speed and efficiency- Continuously identify ways to streamline tasks and simplify processes- Automate recurring activities where possible using the latest tech tools*Content & Branding Coordination*- Support content planning, scripting, and scheduling (Reels, Podcasts, Carousels, YouTube)- Coordinate with creatives—designers, editors, writers—for seamless execution*Research & Presentation Prep*- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, individuals, and business opportunities- Create compelling presentations using Google Slides or PowerPoint*Calendar, Admin & Travel Management*- Manage complex scheduling across time zones with precision- Coordinate both personal and business travel logistics- Travel within India as needed to support the Founder in person*Vendor & Talent Coordination*- Communicate with service providers, partners, and vendors- Assist with hiring processes, onboarding, and team alignment- Be present in-office as needed for operational support*You’ll Excel in This Role If You:*- Are a self-starter who thrives under pressure and adapts fast- Think proactively and take ownership of outcomes- Are highly organised with exceptional attention to detail- Are flexible with working hours, including occasional weekends/evenings- Are excited by fast growth, constant learning, and meaningful work*Qualifications & Skills*- 3–5 years in an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar coordination role- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint, and project tools- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT to simplify and speed up work- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Experience supporting founders or working across diverse teams/brands is a plus- Discreet, trustworthy, and skilled at handling sensitive information
