Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Environmental Manager located in Bengaluru. The Environmental Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, developing and implementing environmental policies, conducting environmental impact assessments, and addressing environmental issues. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and managing environmental health and safety (EHS) programs, performing audits and inspections, and promoting environmental awareness within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT environments across the SDLC lifecycle.
• Coordinate environment readiness, deployment schedules, and conflict resolutions.
• Collaborate with development, testing, and DevOps teams for smooth environment operations.

Must-Have Skills:

8–10 years of experience

• Strong understanding of

  insurance and banking domains

  , especially in:

• Home/Auto Insurance

• Pricing knowledge

• API Testing

• Proficiency in

  JIRA ALM

  for environment tracking and workflow management.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and related concepts
• Experience with Environmental Compliance and developing Environmental Policy
• Ability to conduct Environmental Impact Assessments
• Expertise in identifying and mitigating Environmental Issues
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
• Professional certification in environmental management is a plus
